15 May 2018 - AKVA, Egersund Group and Egersund Net have today signed a transaction agreement (the "Agreement") under which AKVA, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, shall acquire 100% of all 500 issued and outstanding shares in Egersund Net (the "EN Shares") from Egersund Group. The Transaction is expected to be completed on or about 31 August 2018.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by AKVA group ASA ("AKVA") on 28 June 2018 regarding the agreement entered into by AKVA; Egersund Group AS and Egersund Net AS for the acquisition by AKVA of all issued and outstanding shares in Egersund Net AS (the "Transaction").
The board of AKVA is pleased to announce that the Transaction today has successfully been completed.
