Seafoodia & Argis Galac’Sea Come Together

Seafoodia group, a key player in the distribution and sales of seafood products worldwide, has announced the acquisition of Argis Galac'Sea, a family-owned company based in Lorient, France and specialized in the import & sales of frozen seafood products.

"The integration will take place gradually.’’ He added: "Régis Privé, founder of Argis Galac'Sea, will remain with us to accompany the transition.’’

Created in 1995, Argis Galac'Sea generated €22 million in turnover in 2018 with sales of 4000 tons of seafood products. The family company has 12 full-time employees.

Seafoodiais a committed company with more than 50 employees worldwide. With a turnover of €140 million in 2018, it is one of the Top 400 seafood companies worldwide. Its objective is to reach the Top 100 by 2026.

Seafoodia was founded in North America in 1997, today the business comprises of 50 employees in offices all over the world.
