Today ends the situation suffered by the fishing Portomayor, of the port of Marin, as a result of its retention in the port of Guinea Konacri since April 17.
At six o'clock, local Guinean time, the trawler departs from the dock in the direction of Dakar to disembark the frozen goods it has on board. This was confirmed yesterday by Óscar Estévez, the shipowner, explaining that throughout the morning they will devote themselves to the complex paperwork required to set sail.

Arrested since May 5 by the complaint filed by the owner of the Maritime Agency Sopic, with whom the ship has commercial relations since 2018, the legal advisors of the Spanish shipowner have detected the falsification, by the African company, of the signature in a contract that would bind them for a year, instead of for the three months that both parties had agreed upon.
The adulteration of the rubric, cut and pasted from another document, as well as the seal of the Galician company was easily verified by the judicial authorities. They hope to have the authorization to leave at twelve in the morning.
