International situation of fishmeal and fish oil (Norway, China, Peru, Weeks 19-21)

In Norway, until the 19th week, 352,792 tonnes of fish were destined for reduction at an average price of NOK 2.51 /kg, down 34 per cent form the volume destined for such purpose during the same period in the previous year.

In China, at the beginning of week 21, inventories totalled 227,000 tonnes. Volumes leaving the warehouses amounted to almost 22,000 tonnes during the previous week.
