From 19 to 25 October, prices for frozen fish in the wholesale segment of the domestic market remained stable or declining.
In the Far East region, excess supply contributed to a further reduction in the price of herring to RUB 50 / kg (-3.8%), while prices for other types of frozen fish remained stable under the influence of supply and demand balance: cod - RUB 120 / kg, pollock - 72 rubles / kg, flounder - 60 rubles / kg.
In the North-West, prices for the main types of frozen fish remained practically unchanged, which is due to a decrease in the rate of purchases by trading and processing enterprises due to the strengthening of anti-epidemic measures: cod - 205 rubles / kg, haddock - 140 rubles / kg, mackerel - 140 rubles . / kg, herring - 70 rubles / kg.
In the central regions, the positive dynamics of warehouse stocks against the background of a decrease in demand from processors, as well as low trading activity of traders ensure a further decrease in the price of pollock - up to 88 rubles / kg (-2.2%). Prices for other types of frozen fish have not changed: mackerel 145 rubles / kg, capelin - 120 rubles / kg, herring - 72 rubles / kg.
