“Sakaiminato Salmon” is a carefully selected coho salmon that is raised in the rough seas of the Sea of ​​Japan and has a moderate amount of fat, and is farmed by Yumigahama Suisan Co., Ltd. (Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture), a Nissui Group company.

The sausage is a fish sausage that uses 36% “Sakaiminato Salmon” and spreads the flavor and taste of “Sakaiminato Salmon”.
