Schouw & Co A/S is a Denmark-based holding company with investments in Danish industrial companies. The Company has seven core investments. BioMar is a manufacturer of feed for the fish farming industry. Fibertex Personal Care is a manufacturer of nonwovens for the personal care industry. Fibertex Nonwovens is a manufacturer of nonwovens for industrial applications. Grene is primarily a trader of spare parts and accessories for agriculture. Hydra-Grene is a trading and engineering company with business in trading and manufacture of hydraulic components and systems development for industries, as well as a provider of related consulting services. Martin is a manufacturer of computer-controlled effect lighting and smoke machines for the entertainment industry. Xergi is a supplier of turnkey biogas plant. In February 2013, it divested Martin Professional. In November 2013, it combined the subsidiaries Grene and Kramp, and holds a 20%-stake in the new combined entity.
