MAN SE is a Germany-based engineering group. The Company is active within two business areas, which are divided into four main divisions:
Commercial Vehicles business area consisting of the division MAN Nutzfahrzeuge as well as MAN Latin America;
Power Engineering business area including MAN Diesel as well as MAN Turbo division.
MAN Nutzfahrzeuge produces trucks ranging from 7.5 to 44 tons and buses for scheduled services through to luxury travel. MAN Latin America is engaged in production of trucks and bus chassis, which are primarily sold in Latin America and Africa.
MAN Diesel covers two-stroke diesel engines for marine and power plant applications, four-stroke diesel propulsion engines for marine, turnkey power stations, combustion ignition and spark-ignited engines, among others. MAN Turbo manufactures compressors, turbines and chemical reactors, among others.
