Ian has been working with Creative Salmon since 1997 – he started as a Farm Technician when he was a student, and through hard work and dedication moved up to Site Manager and then to his current role as Operations Manager. He has excellent knowledge of the aquaculture industry and of the daily workings on the salmon farm, and is fully familiar with the operations of the Biology department, Maintenance department, Boat Crew and Yard Crew. Ian's abilities are proving to be one of Creative Salmon's most valuable assets.
