Mike began his career behind the fish counter at Sobeys. As a young entrepreneur, he opened Mike’s Fish Shop, a seafood retail and wholesale business at the Halifax City Farmers Market. He has built a strong reputation in the seafood industry as an educator, constantly improving his knowledge and always ready to share it with others.
