Helge Singelstad holds a degree in computer engineering, a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Administration and a 1st degree of law from the University of Bergen. Helge Singelstad owns no shares or options in Lerøy Seafood Group ASA, but as a shareholder in Austevoll Seafood ASA he indirectly owns shares in the Group.
