Redaszka has 15 years of experience in financial management and comes from the position of CFO in Wyborowa S.A., which he has held since 2005. During his time as CFO of Wyborowa S.A. (Pernod Ricard Group), Redaszka was responsible for key projects, including, among others, operational and financial optimisation, commercial performance and profitability improvement, integration, ERP development. He helped double the Group's turnover during his six years there, and was integral in developing and executing the strategy that grew the brands such as Wyborowa and Ballantine's to market leader positions in Poland.

In the period 2000-2004 Redaszka was the finance director of Lafarge Gips Polska and during this period oversaw the integration of newly acquired business into the Lafarge Group, JV's operational and legal aspects, external development projects, and organic growth of the business. Prior to this, he worked for Eastern Generation Poland in a variety of positions including finance manager and business development manager, taking care of system power plants' M&As, greenfield, and energy trading projects. He also has 4-year experience with Creditanstalt Investment Bank.

Redaszka holds a business degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
