After three years redevelopment and redesigning of the former ARENCO SFD-300, SEAC is proud to announce it's latest development - the ARENCO SFD-300 XS - designed for very, very small fish from approx 30--50 fish per kilo. The machine may be a revolution in some areas of the world where thousands of operators manually is filleting this small fish (like anchovy-anchoveta-boquerones-sardines) by hand. The machine is very small in size; it's easy to run and maintain; it's easy to change from filleting one size of fish ot another (takes only a couple of minutes) and the best - the price is outstanding compared to competitors similar machines (which only can do down to approx 25/30 fish per kilo) With the SFD-300 XS You are able to do UP to 250 fish/min with three operators and the YIELD is surprising high - up to 55/60 % on fresh fish Please compare this with manual filleting (both in capacity and yield) and You see that this machine will rationalize Your production a lot. So far (November 2006) four similar machines have ben installed - two in CROATIA (then for fish down to 30/32 fish per kilo 2005/2006) and two in LATVIA for same sizes (during 2006).
