Para una calidad homogénera de producto es vital que las dosificaciones de género, agua y aditivos así como la temperatura y tiempo de permanencia sean exactos y constantes. Todo eso se consigue con las líneas de tratamiento PALCONTROL.

El sistema asigna a cada tanque una cantidad de género y una dosificación de aditivos según haya sido programado. Una vez cumplido el tiempo seleccionado en el programa, el producto se evacúa ya tratado. También se registra el peso del produtcto una vez terminado el tratamiento, pudiendo controlar los rendimientos.

Todo el proceso, incluida carga, tratamiento y descarga es automático, con lo que se consiguen importantes ahorros en mano de obra, evitando fallos humanos que estropeen el producto.
