In Japan, in the month of April, the following volumes of Alaskan pollock surimi were handled: stock entry: 7,038mt.(+18%), stock exit: 5,763mt.(+26%), stock at the end of the month : 32,222mt. (+26%). In addition, the following volumes of other surimi were handled: stock entry: 4,984mt. (-5%), stock output: 5,096mt. (-10%), stock at the end of the month: 17,256mt. (-26%).
Therefore, in said month, the total volume of surimi handled was as follows: stock entry: 12,022mt. (+7% compared to the previous year), stock exit: 10,859mt. (+6%), stock at the end of the month was 49,478mt. (+1%).
