Frozen mackerel, 94 percent of imports are from Norway (video)

In November 2019, imports of frozen mackerel increased 85 percent from about 493 tons a year ago to about 911 tons.
In November, the cumulative import volume came to about 30,779 tons, down about 6 percent from about 32,850 tons a year earlier.
In the last six years (from 2014 to 2019), the average imports in November was about 3,620 tons.

In November this year, the import volume dropped by about 75 percent compared to 911 tons.
Countries that import frozen mackerels include Norway, Netherlands, China, Britain, Ireland, and Iceland.

It was imported from seven countries in total, with November cumulative imports of about 28,884 tons from Norway and 721 tons from the Netherlands.China's 551 tons and Britain's 336 tons were imported.
