Those interested present offers to be awarded fractions of various fisheries resources: anchovy, jack mackerel, common hake and Patagonian toothfish, among others.
Those interested present offers - in sealed envelopes - to try to award the different lots available.
Unlike previous years, this time bidders can formalize their positions until noon (12:00 pm) of the deadline set for each fraction.
Natural or legal persons who meet a series of requirements established by the standard participate in the contest.
In relation to the award criteria, the rules establish that "each lot will be awarded to that highest offer, taking into account that no bidder may be awarded more than 40% of the quota subject to auction for each resource."
In the case of tradable class B fishing licenses (LTPB), the auctions point to the award of fractions corresponding to anchovy, common hake, kingclip, Southern blue withing and southern hake.
Regarding the extraordinary fishing permits (PEP), the process considers Patagonian toothfish batches (ordinary and reallocation), red squat lobster and blue squat lobster
In terms of tenders of reserves for human consumption, lots of anchovy, common sardine, southern sardine and jack mackerel will be auctioned.
The auction process culminates with the jack mackerel bidding destined for human consumption, on December 27.
