The Federal Fisheries Agency, by order No. 91, decided to hold an electronic auction on April 7, 2021 to sell the right to conclude an agreement on securing and granting a share of the crab catch (catch) quota provided for investment purposes in the field of fishing, for the implementation of commercial fishing and (or) coastal fishing in the Far East fisheries basin (hereinafter - the Auction).
One lot (deep-sea species of crabs) was re-put up for auction, for which, during the auction in accordance with the order of the Federal Agency for Fishery of December 25, 2020 No. 741, no applications were received, and therefore, the auction for this lot was declared invalid.
The initial price of the items of the auction (lot) in accordance with paragraph 66 of the Rules for organizing and holding an auction in electronic form for the sale of the right to conclude an agreement on securing and providing a share of the quota of catching (catching) crabs provided for investment purposes in the field of fishing for commercial fishing and (or) coastal fishing and the conclusion of such an agreement, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 28, 2019 No. 1113, is reduced by 10%.
Applications for participation in the auction in electronic form are accepted by the Operator of the electronic platform of the Joint Stock Company "Russian Auction House" from 15:00 on March 5, 2021 to 15:30 (Moscow time) on April 5, 2021 at the address of the website of the operator of the electronic platform in the information and telecommunications the Internet: http://lot-online.ru.
