In the Western Fisheries Basin, the total catch exceeded 24 thousand tons. 16.6 thousand tons were mined at the sprat fishery, 6.5 thousand tons were mastered for Baltic herring.
In the Azov-Black Sea fishery basin, fishermen caught almost 9 thousand tons.
In the Volga-Caspian fishery basin, the volume of production increased by 16.3% and reached 23.0 thousand tons. The sprat catch increased by 4.4 thousand tons - up to 20.4 thousand tons.
In the exclusive economic zones of foreign states, conventional areas and the open part of the World Ocean, the volume of production by the Russian fleet amounted to 84.3 thousand tons.
