Måløy Sildoljefabrikk AS owns the Deknepollen and Ulvesund plants, two fishmeal factories on the mainland side of Ulvesundet. The factories are situated near Trollebø industrial estate and are two of the most modern fishmeal factories in Norway, with equipment for producing low temperature special meal.
The mission of Måløy Sildoljefabrikk is to be the preferred buyer of fish for fishmeal and oil production and to offer a wide range of services, competitive prices, fast and efficient delivery and a positive environment.
The Deknepollen plant:It has an unloading capacity of around 160 tons per hour and a production capacity of roughly 1250 tons per day.
The Ulvesund plant: It has an unloading capacity of around 160 tons per hour and a production capacity of roughly 900 tons per day.
