VeroBlue Farms is capturing the opportunity to become the largest onshore, indoor facility of its kind in North America. Through its Iowa's First Hub located in Webster City Iowa, VBF is expanding its production of the Barramundi fish species through a new urban farm with approximately 7.2 million pounds of production.
Additionally, VBF will expand its production capacity through the use of local production partner's independent growers who will have their own independent operations and sell their fish to VBF. In conjunction, VBF will be adding a processing, packaging and training facility and over time, plans to open and operate several Hubs across North America that are growing multiple species of fish.
VBF owns the global distribution rights to the Opposing Flows Aquaculture tank system, which will be used in all corporate and designated growers' farms. The VBF overall program and process contribute to the Company's ability to provide a premium quality product, while being eco-conscious.
