Pacific Seafood own our boats and processing plants in Canada. Our
plants are very close to the Hake biomass so we are able to catch and
deliver to the plant the same day of catch. We are dedicating some of
our catch to producing an extremely nice Minced Hake. The fish is very
fresh and produces a superior Minced Hake. This will be our second
season producing and we have already developed a good customer
base. We are expanding our production this season. I wanted you to be
