Built in the freeport zone of Port Louis (Mauritius) this quality frozen fish processing unit began operations in March 2008.
It processes mainly pelagic species like, yellow fin tuna, albacore tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi mahi, but also some bottom fish like red snapper, grouper, and pink snapper. These species are caught by freezer long liners or freezer tuna purse seiners. They are frozen on board at -25/30°C.
Processed and packed according to the customer demand, the finished products are destined to be exported.
