Torghatten Aqua is listed on the NOTC list on Oslo Børs

Since Monday 18 March, the Torghatten Aqua group is on the NOTC list of Oslo Børs. NOTC is an orderly and efficient marketplace for unlisted shares, and is 100% owned by Oslo Børs ASA. -Listing on NOTC was a promise we made to the shareholders when we raised capital via Folkeinvest last year, says CEO of Torghatten Aqua, Øyvind Løvdahl.

More than 800 shareholders then contributed a total of NOK 80 MNOK (USD 7.53M), and Nova Sea recently entered the ownership side with 33.34% of the shares. In this transaction, an issue of 133 MNOK (USD 15.52M) was also part of the agreement.

Trøndelag Helgeland Invest and Paul Birger Torgnes are still the largest shareholders in the company with 39% of the shares. The exchange rate for purchase and issue was NOK 70. per share. The traded price means that the company has an equity value of around MNOK 800 (USD 75.31M).

Creates added value

"Being on the NOTC list means that we create added value for our shareholders in the long term. The shares become more attractive and easier to trade. We are thus setting ourselves up for further growth and development", says the CEO.

SpareBank 1 Markets has assisted as financial adviser in connection with the stock market listing.
