It is the largest aquaculture company in Australia, marketing 70% of the Tasmanian salmon industries production.
Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Tassal Operations Pty Ltd and Aquatas Pty Ltd. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), Tassal Group Limited owns 68.78% interest in Salmon Enterprises of Tasmania Pty Ltd.
