Cooke’s Largest Booth Ever Debuts at SENA 2025

Boston, MA – Cooke Inc. has unveiled a new interactive booth at Seafood Expo North America (SENA) being held Sunday to Tuesday at the Boston Convention and Exposition Centre.
With continued growth, the company designed a bigger and better booth to showcase its global reach with a wide range of delicious fish and shellfish products from around the world.
“Having a strong commercial team presence at SENA is more important than ever,” says Glenn Cooke, CEO of Cooke Inc. “This is where we connect directly with customers, showcase our innovative retail and wholesale products, and demonstrate our commitment to culinary excellence through chef-prepared tastings.”
The new SENA booth features a completely rebranded and redesigned space, highlighting Cooke’s newly developed global brand. The booth includes double-decker meeting spaces, providing ample room for customer interactions and business discussions. At 3,100 square feet, this is Cooke’s largest booth to date – marking the family company’s 40th anniversary since being established in 1985.
“Our Cooke commercial team provides the ultimate customer experience, and the new booth reflects our global and culturally diverse footprint with operations in 15 countries. We are excited to engage with our customers and showcase all that Cooke has to offer,” says Cooke.

Visitors to the booth can experience displays designed to highlight Cooke’s global scale and offerings. These experiences demonstrate how Cooke’s products seamlessly fit into retail and foodservice environments. Features include a touchscreen global map, and an immersive ‘Cooke Marketplace’ retail environment. There will also be a launch event for Cooke Foodservice+, the company’s new foodservice brand.

The booth also features enhanced digital and multimedia elements, including refreshed video content, animated infographics, and interactive media. Additionally, the improved culinary workspace will showcase Cooke’s broad global product assortment and the expertise of world-renowned Chef Chris Aerni and team.
